| trato de graficar la desgracia de los pueblos de mi provincia y su gente que ve, dia a dia, atentados sus derechos humanos por estar confinada a la explotación comercial, al saqueo de sus recursos y al denigrante centralismo de un pais desorganizado en extremo como es el Peru, necesitamos ayuda para salir adelante. I am from Macusani - Peru, mi litle city is a province capital in the southdest departament Puno in my country, since a lot of years ago the province of CARABAYA, it is the political name of this region, was knowed like the more rich province in Peru, this name was gived by German Stiglish an author of the firsts years of the republic Peru's, in the book "Diccionario Geografico del Peru" he said abouth Carabaya "is probably the province more rich from Peru..." the reasons for this afirmation was the gold mines in this territory, in explotation since 1542 aproximately, the alpacas production (to Macusani because this alpacas ranches, the "National Geographic" named the "capitol of the alpacas universe" a few years ago) in adittion, in the province there is a territory that is the "ultimum inexplorate jungle of the world" - thus knowed to Candamo a Lima Telvission Canal, in 1999 - but... in spite of that raw recurses and another in agricultural field, the people of this province is very poorest, in this province there are some populations that don't have electric energy, very good water for human consumption, the poor is extreme because the bat trade practices of the another peruvians and foreing traders, the prices of the our products in Carabaya are very very low, with this money we can't to study, the universities in Peru are very carest for us, and, in addition, we have to go to another greathest cities of our country with this intention, near to Carabaya province there not is an good university, unafortunately, in Peru there are a lot of diference of universities quality and our money in very few for to study in Lima... it is the overflow, will have to change this! know somebody a humanitary helper organization that could give assitance to my people? i'm living in La Paz - Bolivia, i had to come here because my medicine studies.
